Staker Guide

1.rToken app DOES NOT support Ledger. DO NOT connect APP using Ledger, otherwise your assets will be lost.
2.DOT balance should be better more than 1 DOT to keep Polkadot account alive, otherwise you may not succeed to stake DOT with StaFi.
The video guide from community:

1.The installation, import and connection of Polkadotjs wallet

1) Download the Polkadotjs Wallet

User needs to connect StaFi rDOT App and PolkadotJS wallet when staking DOT, Currently PolkadotJS wallet only supports Chrome and FireFox explorers, user could download this wallet by the following links:

2) Import StaFi and Polkadot accounts

When you stake DOT through StaFi rDOT App, StaFi accounts and Polkadot accounts are both needed to be used and imported into the PolkadotJS wallet in advance. The importing entrance is shown in the screenshot below:
Note: In order to make the Substrate account accurately display the address on each chain, please select "Polkadot Relay Chain" when importing Polkadot accounts, and select "StaFi" when importing StaFi accounts.

3) StaFi rDOT App connects with PolkadotJS wallet

Enter this page:, click "Connect to Polkadotjs", and select "Yes, allow this application access" in the pop-up interface and then connect successfully.

2. Select an account

Note: Because of the cross-chain interactions of Polkadot and StaFi chains when staking DOT, the user needs to select the Polkadot account and StaFi account respectively.
1) Click "DOT" in the upper right corner of the screen, select the DOT account and click "Confirm".
2) Click "FIS" in the upper right corner of the screen, select the FIS account and click "Confirm".
Note: the commission will be paid by FIS token during the delegation operation, please be sure that you have a few FIS token balances.

3. Stake

1) rDOT App link:
Enter the amount of DOT on the "Staker" page, and click "Stake".
2) The minted rDOT types are displayed on “Choose mint type”, rDOT App supports Native, ERC20 and BEP20 formats. Native rDOT will be used on the StaFi ecosystem, ERC20 rDOT used for DeFi on Ethereum. BEP20 rDOT used for DeFi on BSC.
Note: some commissions and operations will be involved in the new mint type function.
Relay Fee: charged by the relayers to pay for the cross-chain contract interaction service fee between StaFi chain and Polkadot chain.
Bridge Fee: charged for the bridge between StaFi and Polkadot chain swapping Native rDOT into ERC20/BEP20 format.
Sending fund: send the DOT that will be staked into the StaFi rDOT contract account on Binance chain.
Signature: considering that the information on the Polkadot chain is open and transparent, anyone could obtain the transaction information and upload it to the StaFi chain to mint rDOT. Therefore, before sending the transaction information to the StaFi chain, it is necessary to reconfirm the ownership of the transaction to ensure the security.
Staking & Swap: including two main operations, stake DOT and get rDOT, and swap rDOT into ERC20/BEP20 format.
This guide takes obtaining BEP20 rDOT as an example to demonstrate the operation process of the new mint type.
When users select BEP20 format, please enter the BSC address to receive rDOT in the "Received address" column, or click "connected addr" to enter the BSC address in connection automatically.
3) The transactions and handling fees are displayed in "Staking Overview" page.
4) Please sign three times as the prompts, the "Liquiding Process" on the right will show the Staking & Swap process.
